| 1 | pkg. | (3 oz.) cream cheese | |

| 1/4 | cup | butter or margarine, cut into pieces | |
|  | |||
| 2 1/2 | cups | self rising soft wheat flour | |
|  | |||
| 3/4 | cup | milk | |
|  | |||
Cut cream cheese and butter into flour with a pastry blender until crumbly; add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.    
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead 4 or 5 times.  Pat or roll dough into 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 2-inch round cutter, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.  
Bake at 450 F.  for 8 to 10 minutes.
